Community Involvement

Parental Involvement

Preclarus desires for all the proud and loving parents and guardians of our students to get involved in the growth of the school as much as possible. Any interested parent or family member who so desires will have the opportunity to participate in school planning activities, organize and lead extracurricular clubs, and provide regular feedback on school performance. Furthermore, parents and guardians are welcome to come in and visit the school at any time and are encouraged to attend our weekly school-wide data meeting to view students academic growth, listen to guest speakers or watch student award presentations

Parental Communication

Preclarus Mastery Academy values relationships with families. We will meet individually with each family upon their student's enrollment, conduct mandatory annual family orientations, agree to mutual responsibilities in a Commitment for Excellence, make phone calls to families on their student's academic and behavioral progress. In order to measure parent satisfaction, we will conduct annual parent surveys and publish the outcome of the surveys in our school newsletter, as part of our annual report, and on our school website.

Family Support

Preclarus recognizes that while many families desire to provide the best for their children, they do not always have the resources and support to do so. As a result, Preclarus will act as a resorce hub for parents and families so that when unforeseeable circumstances occur, our families can reach out to the school and we will assist them in locating any of the following resources: utility assistance, mental and physical health support, highschool placement and family counseling.
