Tabbatha Sipes, Board President - Serving since February 2014

Ms. Sipes has a broad background in risk management methods. More specifically, Ms. Sipes has worked extensively with organizations in systematically understanding, evaluating and addressing their risks to maximize the achievement of their objectives and to ensure their sustainability. Specific areas of focus include business continuity, health and safety, corporate governance, and risk transfer techniques including the purchase of insurance. Ms. Sipes also works in the sale and purchase of real estate. Ms. Sipes is committed to sharing her knowledge and experience with the Preclarus community.


Clelia Scaccia, Board Secretary - Serving since June 2016
Deputy Juvenile Officer II, Family Centered Services for Safety Unit
Ms. Scaccia, a licensed social worker, is passionate about and driven by improving opportunities and conditions of youth involved in, or at risk for involvement in, the juvenile justice system. Ms. Scaccia has extensive volunteer and employment experience in juvenile justice and delinquency prevention, which spans residential, educational, and community-based programs. Ms. Scaccia has been involved in the implementation of several initiatives to improve client-centered services, including the Sanctuary Model of Trauma Informed Care, the Full Frame Initiative, and the Juvenile Detention Alternative Initiative.  Ms. Scaccia's experience also includes management, training, and assuring continuous quality improvement and contractual compliance. Ms. Scaccia holds a Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Syracuse University. Ms. Scaccia currently volunteers with the United Way of Great Saint Louis allocations panel, and is a proud member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. with which she is engaged in many community services activities. Ms. Scaccia is excited to serve the Preclarus family in this capacity and contribute her direct practice, management, and continuous quality improvement skills to the Board of Directors.


Charneth Pfeiffer, M.Ed., SHRM-CP – Serving since October 2016
Sr. Human Resources Business Partner – Connectria Hosting
Charneth Pfeiffer is a senior human resources professional with experience in nonprofit and for-profit companies of all sizes.  While currently the HR guru for an IT company, Char has worked as the director of business operations for a local nonprofit where she eventually became the interim executive director.   Charneth brings a wealth of knowledge in human capital management and nonprofit governance to the Preclarus community.


Alex Grosse, - Serving since October 2016
I.T. Systems Engineer, Anders CPA + Advisors
Mr. Grosse has been in the technology field since his graduation from Missouri State University majoring in Information Technology Service Management. Alex has worked on multiple technology platforms in multiple industries including hospitality, insurance and most recently, accounting. Mr. Grosse also is the owner of his own company, GB Solutions, where he performs website design, online marketing and other IT related services  Alex’s unique knowledge of information systems and business experience proves to be a strong asset for Preclarus School and the Board.


GeNita Williams, Interim Treasurer - Serving since June 2016
Program Director, Vatterot College
Dr. GeNita Williams was born, raised, and educated in St. Louis, Missouri. Dr. Williams has been a teacher and school leader for 19 years, with five of those years being an urban middle school, turnaround principal. Dr. Williams earned her Bachelor’s degree from Harris-Stowe State University, her Master’s degree from the University of MO – St. Louis and her Doctorate degree from the University of Phoenix. Dr. Williams has been proud member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Inc. for 22 years! Today, Dr. Williams is the General Education and Business Program Director for Vatterott College. Dr. Williams is also a practicing consultant in her own business, You+Me=WE Consulting Solutions, LLC and with The Center for Culturally Responsive Teaching and Learning, Los Angeles, CA. Dr. Williams is passionate about providing educational opportunity and access to children of color and believes the goal of every educator should be to ensure students are learning about themselves as well as being educated in an environment that shows appreciation and respect for the diverse needs and capabilities of the student.
